How do I get started?

Head to the Connect page and fill out the inquiry form. I review every submission personally and follow up within 48 hours to schedule a call. Spots are limited each season, so the sooner you reach out, the better.

I see a physical item I want digitally can you do that?

Of course! Any physical item or design can be made into a digitally editable file as well. Same for digital files, we can make physicall items from virtually any design your mind can imagine.

Can I use WEC templates for my clients or resell them?

Our templates are licensed for personal and small business use only. You're welcome to customize them for your own brand, but they may not be resold, redistributed, or repackaged as your own product. Each purchase is for a single-user license.

Do you accept returns or exchanges on digital or physical products?

Because digital products are delivered instantly, all digital sales are final. For printed items, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at olivia@westendcollective.co and we'll make it right.

Will I have any say in the content, or do you just take over?

Always. Every month includes a content review round before anything goes live. You'll see the captions, visuals, and posting schedule ahead of time and have space to give feedback. It's a collaboration, not a handoff.

What's The Monthly Drop, and do I need a service package to access it?

The Monthly Drop is WEC's digital shop — a monthly release of Canva templates, brand kits, and content planning tools available to anyone. No retainer required. It's a great entry point if you want to start showing up with intention while you build toward a bigger investment.
